Fair
Location was a in relatively safe place. it wasn't as bad as city center or south. However staff, facilities and overall experience can be improved.
The schedule that you can have your breakfast is really limited (from 6AM, to 8:30AM). Also across the street there are a lot of bars and you can hear them on your room. Take that into consideration if you plan to sleep at all on your next stay here.

The hotel was great and all but the rooms are not that sound proof and the because of the subway construction situation, it was really loud from the outside during my stay.

My stay was comfortable, the staff was friendly.
My stay was good however I arrived in the early hours of the 23rd and I found the amount quoted to the 31st was enough up to the 30th because they counted the “23”. I am still not sure how. But I paid extra money for the 31st March. Another thing breakfast was the same from 23-31. Egg mixed with sausage, bread, coffee and a glass of orange juice. If there can please be a change in the menu.

Disappointed
This hotel is located on the (metro currently under construction) loudest, bus only street. Construction going on at 3am! Had to walk around the block to get a taxi. Hot water minimal to none, depending on if the water is ON or not. They seem to shut it off every night. No satellite TV as advertised. WiFi spotty. Had to change rooms as the first room had no toilet seat. Breakfast started way later than advertised. Somehow I ended up paying more than I agreed to but oh well. Definitely skip this one.
